Lissel Stewart is a vibrant and spontaneous woman with a passion for music. She trained classically from the age of 8 then at 16 made the transition to pop when she joined “Soul Cage”. She was a contestant and a judge favourite in the 2005 series of New Zealand Idol and 2008 was an invitation finalist in the hit show Maorioke.
Lino has been working as a musician for 38 years. He performed in a Duo known as “Lino & Monica” in 1982 at the United Services Hotel and other local bars. As a duo they also performed at various variety shows with the Christchurch Musician Club including a show at the Theatre Royal in 1984 where he was in the company of some amazing local & international musicians such as Gordon Hubbard who started Lino on his musical journey, Jason Roberts, Keith Hudson, Olly Olson, Yolande Gibson, Tony Williams and the incredible Bunny Walters.
