Pilates

Pilates classes are held on the squash courts at the Club and are suitable for all fitness levels.

Pilates is a low-impact exercise designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and support better posture. It enhances balance, coordination, and overall body awareness, helping you move more efficiently in everyday life and reducing the risk of injury.
